They are a joy to work with! This is mine and my two roommates first apartment and they were so incredibly patient and willing to help how they could. Kristina was our agent and you can just tell she shared in our excitement for getting into the place. For the amenities and the floor plan, the prices are worth it. But the service you get makes any doubts or second thoughts on it dissolve. Highly recommend checking this location out. It is beautiful and very convenient for getting to town. BTW, not a bot. Simply an over excited adult child that gets relieved with having good service experiences.

Great apartment, spacious, cans clean. Any issues I may have had which isn’t many have been resolved in a timely manner. Nice little gym on site and I love the hot tub for cooler nights.

I want to give a shout out to Kristina she is so helpful, attentive, friendly, always answers all of my questions and always has a smile on her face, she is also great at multitasking and is very kind. She definitely makes living here worth it oh and can’t forget how beautiful the apartments are. Definitely recommend these apartments if your ever looking.

I have lived here for over a month and have enjoyed it. Leasing office staff is very responsive to requests and feedback. Neighbors are generally considerate and not too loud after hours. Nice community in a good location in Tooele.
